Gregory J. Jordan brings 23 years of experience to the firm's Loan Enforcement and Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group as a shareholder. Mr. Jordan represents secured creditors, unsecured creditors committees and corporate clients in reorganization cases and workouts. Along with bankruptcy, his areas of expertise include complex corporate litigation and creditors' rights. He works with clients on transactional matters and asset protection and preservation. Mr. Jordan has published numerous articles relating to insolvency issues. He has been chosen to speak on restructuring and financial issues before several national organizations. Mr. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University School of Law.
